Arizona Revised Statutes § 45-701 Definitions

45-701. Definitions

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. " District" means a groundwater replenishment district established under title 48, chapter 27.

2. " District member" means a member of the district as provided by title 48, chapter 27.
