Arkansas Code § 15-75-318 - Fees -- Times Payable

(a) All fees for permits as classified in §§ 15-75-307 -- 15-75-316 are payable on or before January 1 each year.

(b) All fees for inspection must be paid not later than thirty (30) days after inspections are made.
