The counties which comprise the Fourth Judicial District shall provide the courtroom and office facilities and supplies for the judge of the circuit-chancery judgeship created by ยง 16-13-1205(a), which shall be paid out of the county treasuries in the same manner as other demands against the counties, out of funds appropriated by the respective quorum courts of the counties for such purposes.
