(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the United States Olympic Committee Program Trust Fund.
(b) Such fund shall consist of income tax checkoff contributions and any gifts, grants, bequests, devises, and donations, there to be used for the United States Olympic Committee Program as set out in ยง 26-51-441.
