The transfer record shall contain the information as set out in ยง 2-35-204 and be sworn and subscribed to before any notary public or any other person authorized to take acknowledgments or before any two (2) owners of real property residing in the seller's township, authorized according to law to take acknowledgments, with the oath and subscription to be made by the seller in person.
