Arkansas-licensed emergency medical services personnel shall notify the Division of EMS and Trauma Systems of the Department of Health of any conviction of or plea of guilty or nolo contendere to any offenses listed in ยง 20-13-1106(b) within ten (10) calendar days after the conviction or guilty plea or plea of nolo contendere.
