The Department of Human Services, the Department of Workforce Services, the Department of Health, the Department of Education, the Department of Higher Education, the Department of Career Education, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, the Arkansas Economic Development Council, and the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department shall report periodically to the House Committeee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor regarding the provision of services to Transitional Employment Assistance Program recipients.
