Arkansas Code § 23-75-118 - Review of Decisions

All orders of the Insurance Commissioner made pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of § 23-61-101 et seq. and § 23-61-201 et seq., including the right of hearing, rehearing, and appeal.
