The Building Authority Division of the Department of Finance and Administration shall ensure that all offices of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services of the Department of Career Education are exemplary models of accessibility and conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. ยง 12101 et seq., accessibility guidelines.
