Arkansas Code § 3-2-402 - Scope of Subchapter

This subchapter does not repeal or supersede any of the provisions of §§ 3-5-1101 et seq. and to the extent of any conflict, the provisions of §§ 3-5-1101 et seq. shall prevail.
