Appeal No. 97-0071 Application No. 08/263,033 Claims 7 and 8 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the references as applied to claims 1 through 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 above, and further in view of Vartanian. Claims 11, 13 through 15, 18, 19 and 21 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Schwennicke in view of Vartanian and Barnhart. Claim 20 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the references as applied to claims 11, 13 through 15, 18, 19 and 21 above, and further in view of Marcheck.
