DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner’s refusal to
allow claims 6 through 9, which are all of the claims remaining
in the application. Claims 1 through 5 have been canceled.
The present invention is directed to a hose useful for the
transport of refrigerants. See specification, page 1. The hose
has a core tube, a reinforcing layer over the core tube and a
cover tube over the reinforcing layer. See specification,
