                  awarded to Jean M. H. Heuschen, John B. Luce and Stephan Z. Tomlinson, the junior                                                       
                  party.  Accordingly, on the present record, Heuschen et al. are entitled to a patent                                                    
                  containing claims 1 to 5, 9 and 10 corresponding to the count, and Okamoto is not entitled                                              
                  to a patent containing claims 1 to 7 corresponding to the count.
