DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s
final rejection of claims 6 through 12, which are the only claims
remaining in this application.
According to appellants, the invention is directed to a
method and assembly for placing a label onto the head of a paper
roll using all horizontal transfer movements (main brief, page
