Thus, on this record, the prior art would have, at best, suggested a coating having a thickness of 7 mils. Accordingly, we do not find that the examiner has properly established a prima facie case of obviousness. Having found that a prima facie case of obviousness does not exist, we need not consider appellant’s declaration filed under 37 CFR § 1.132. The decision of the examiner is reversed.
