The grounds of rejection are as follows:
1. Claims 2 and 7 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. §
112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to
particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter
which appellant regards as his invention.
2. Claims 2, 4 and 5 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 as being unpatentable over the German Wirz reference in
view of Kobler.
