As explained in appellant’s specification (page 9), such a means may include a battery operated light (8) and/or a sound generating means (10). In addition, such a means may comprise an outer portion of the apparatus being constructed from luminescent material so as to substantially glow in the dark following exposure to a light source (specification, page 8).
