independent of stacking locations between a front
stacking frame and an intermediate stacking frame
forming a rear end portion of the tunnel section
Based on the foregoing , the decision of the examiner
rejecting claims 1, 3 through 5, 8, 9, 14, 15, 20, 21, 24 and 26
through 32 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
