DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 14
through 37. Claim 29 was withdrawn from appeal by the appellant
in the Reply Brief (Paper No. 17) filed April 3, 1997.
Accordingly, we will consider the issues as they apply to claims
14 through 28 and 30 through 37.
