under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Lyman.
Claims 5 through 7 and 10 stand rejected under 35
U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Lyman in view of Astolfi.
Claims 8 and 11 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over Lyman in view of Waller.
