Therefore, this record fails to support the examiner’s rejection
of all the claims under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
In summary, we have not sustained either of the
examiner’s rejections of the claims. Accordingly, the decision
of the examiner rejecting claims 1-3 and 5-15 is reversed.
