A method of training a bowler comprising the steps of: supplying fluorescent material on a plurality of positions on the bowler; minimizing ambient light in the bowling environ- ment; and illuminating the bowling environment with ultra- violet light, whereby the bowler's form may be easily viewed and analyzed through illumination of said fluorescent material.
