Since claim 12 was rejected only under § 112, claims 1 to 3, 5, 6, 8 to 11, 13, 14 and 16 to 19 remain for our consideration. The subject matter in issue concerns a child restraint system, a clip for use therewith, and a method for securing a child in such a system.
