DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the decision of the examiner
finally rejecting claims 1-6, 8-29 and 36-39. Claim 7 has
been cancelled, and claims 30-35 withdrawn as directed to a
nonelected invention.
The appellant's invention is directed to a canopy
structure adapted to be erected in custom configurations, and
