judicially created doctrine of obviousness-type double
patenting over claims 20 and 21 of copending Application
Serial No. 08/609,551.
Claims 1 and 3-10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over Haase in view of Palmer and Lloyd.
