Appeal No. 95-2436 Application 07/773,949 DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 1 through 21. Subsequent thereto, claim 13 was canceled in Paper No. 12, filed August 2, 1993 and claims 9 through 12, 14, 15, and 18 through 21 were canceled in Paper No. 19, filed April 4, 1995. This leaves for our consideration claims 1 through 8, 16 and 17, all the claims remaining in the application.
