DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellants have appealed to the Board from the examiner's
final rejection of claims 21 through 30. Because pages 1, 5

this application is a division of Application 07/682,284, filed April 9, 1991,
now U.S. Patent No. 5,343,145, issued August 30, 1994.
