rejection of claims 1, 6-9 and 12 under § 102(b) as
anticipated by or, in the alternative, under § 103 as
unpatentable over Cincera is reversed. Accordingly, the
decision of the examiner is affirmed.

connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
