DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1 through 24. Claims 1-24 were rejected in the final rejection mailed on
September 11, 1995. No amendments after final rejection were made. Accordingly,
claims 1-24 remain pending in this application, and the rejection of all of these claims is on
