DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
from the final rejection of claims 8 and 9. We reverse.
1The application, entitled “Optical Pickup Lens Cleaning
Device for Double-Sided Disk Player,” was filed March 25,
1993. The application claims the foreign filing priority
benefit under 35 U.S.C. § 119 of Korean Patent Application No.
92-17755, which was filed on September 29, 1992.
