Moreover, appellants never argued any portion of claim 14 other than to say that Hayden does not disclose the combination of first and second memory means. We also will not sustain the rejection of claims 12 and 13 under 35 U.S.C. 103 because these claims depend from claim 11 and Shirai does not provide for the deficiencies of Hayden in this regard.
