On page 2 of the answer, the Examiner withdraws the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 10 through 12 and 14, thereby claims 1 through 4 and 13 have been finally rejected and claims 5 through 12 and 14 are objected to. Appellant's invention relates to digital image processing. In particular, Appellant's invention relates to a system for recognition of three-dimensional objects in a two- dimensional image. Independent claim 1 is reproduced as follows: 1.
