being obvious over Hasegawa under 35 U.S.C. § 103. However,
we have reversed the obviousness rejection under 35 U.S.C. §
103 of claims 2 and 6 over Hasegawa, claim 3 over Hasegawa and
Kobayashi and claim 9 over Hasegawa and Amar.
