               Claims 1 through 4 and 9 through 12 stand rejected under                
          35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by Banu.  Claims 5, 6,               
          13, and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being                     
          unpatentable over Banu.
