Appeal No. 1997-1336 Application 08/267,433 The following rejections have been made by the examiner: 1. Claims 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 and 10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Yamane in view of Bougger. 2. Claims 3 and 4 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Yamane in view of Bougger and further in view of Wislocky. 3. Claim 5 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Yamane in view of Bougger and further in view of Neal. 4. Claims 8 and 11 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Yamane in view of Bougger and further in view of Breen.
