                  obviousness.  See Ex parte Levengood, 28 USPQ2d 1300, 1302                                                                              
                  (Bd. Pat. App. & Int. 1993).  Accordingly, the examiner has not sustained his burden and                                                
                  the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejections are reversed.
