(3) Claims 11, 13 and 14 on the basis of Veenema or Powell,
each in view of Lee.
(4) Claim 12 on the basis of Veenema or Powell, each in view
of Lee and Norton.
(5) Claim 16 in view of Veenema or Powell, each in view of
Kupersmit.
