Flug and Rossini are both affirmed.
The rejections under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 36 and 39-
41 (a) based on the combined teachings of Krushnel and Rossini
and (b) based on the combined teachings of Flug and Rossini
are both reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
