The answer states that the following rejections are
applicable to the claims on appeal:
(1) Claims 1 and 30-32 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as
anticipated by Fox;
(2) Claims 1, 32 and 33 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Whitaker in view of either Simoglou or
Hackner;
(3) Claims 28 and 29 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Whitaker in view of either Simoglou or
Hackner, and Monier; and
(4) Claims 1, 31, 33 and 34 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
being unpatentable over Whitaker in view of Fox.
The rejections are explained on pages 3-5 of the answer.
