On April 14, 1997, the applicants filed a Notice of
Appeal (Paper No. 14). On March 31 1999, the Board of Appeals
and Interferences (Board) remanded the application to the
examiner (Paper No. 22). On May 18, 1999, the examiner
entered a paper (Paper No. 23), stating that claims 1-11 were
allowed, and gave applicants 30 days to cancel the non-elected
claims 12-38. On June 7, 1999, the Board received the
application. Since claims 1-11, the claims on appeal, have
been allowed, there are no issues on appeal.
