                          This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final                                                                        
                 rejection of claims 1, 38, 39 and 41 to 49.  Claims 50 to 52                                                                           
                 have been objected to as depending from a non-allowed claim.                                                                           
                 Claims 2 to 37, 40 and 53 have been canceled.

                 According to the appellant, the application is a continuation
