DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 to 12. At the oral hearing, the2
appellants withdrew the appeal with respect to claims 1 to 4,
6 to 9 and 12. Accordingly, the appeal with respect to claims
