requesting adverse judgment be entered against Charles L.
Dumoulin, the senior party under 37 CFR § 1.662(a). Accord-
ingly, the following judgment is entered.
Judgment
Judgment in Interference No. 103,785 is hereby
entered against the senior party, Charles L. Dumoulin.
Charles L. Dumoulin is not entitled to his patent containing
claims 1-4, which claims correspond to the count in
interference. Judgment is entered in favor of Richard W.
Katzberg and Charles L. Dumoulin, the junior party. Richard
W. Katzberg and Charles L. Dumoulin are entitled to a patent
containing claims 12, 16, and 17, which claims correspond
to the count in interference.
