JUDGMENT Junior party’s counsel does not dispute that the involved patent of the junior party has now been transferred or assigned to the assignee of the senior party’s involved application. In response to the show cause order of August 30, 1999, the common assignee, through counsel, has requested entry of judgment against junior party Goesele and in favor of senior party Canham. (Paper No. 80). The request is granted. Accordingly, judgment is herein entered against the junior party. Ulrich M. Goesele and Volker E. Lehman are not entitled to their patent claims 1-6 which correspond to the sole count. On this record, the senior party, Leigh-Trevor Canham, John M. Keen, and Weng Y.
