EP 0 577 582 A1 Jan. 05, 1994 (De Putter) The claims on appeal stand finally rejected as follows: (1) Claims 1, 2, 8, 9, 11 and 12 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Andersen. (2) Claims 1, 6 to 9, 11 and 12 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Alwitt.
