A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth on page 9 of the appellant's brief. The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Naudzius 2,999,566 Sep. 12, 1961 Swift 3,108,659 Oct. 29, 1963 Claims 1 and 2 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Naudzius in view of Swift.
