FURTHER ORDERED that junior party Paul Ziegelhoffer and
Gary E. Johnson is not entitled to a patent containing claims 1
and 3 (corresponding to Count 1) of U.S. Patent 5,421,924,
granted 6 June 1995, based on application 08/161,782, filed 2
December 1993.
FURTHER ORDERED that judgment on priority as to Count 2
(Paper 1 at 6) is awarded against junior party Paul Ziegelhoffer
and Gary E. Johnson.
FURTHER ORDERED that junior party Paul Ziegelhoffer and
Gary E. Johnson is not entitled to a patent containing claims 4-8
and 12-14 (corresponding to Count 2) of U.S. Patent 5,421,924,
granted 6 June 1995, based on application 08/161,782, filed 2
December 1993.
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this paper shall be made
of record in files of application 08/628,190 and U.S. Patent
