                          The appealed claims stand rejected as follows:                                                                                
                 (1) Claims 2, 5 and 13 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as                                                                                     
                 anticipated by the disclosure of Fuchs;                                                                                                
                 (2) Claims 3, 4, 7 and 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as                                                                                      
                 unpatentable over the combined disclosures of Fuchs and                                                                                
                 Hoefer; and                                                                                                                            
                 (3) Claims 4, 5, 13 and 14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as                                                                                    
                 unpatentable over the disclosure of Archer .                                3
