DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-5,
7 and 8, all the claims remaining in the present application.
Claim 1 is illustrative:
1. A protective multi-layer biaxially heat-
shrinkable patch in combination with a biaxially
heat shrinkable bag, said patch comprising:
(a) a first outer non-foamed polymeric layer,
(b)an inner foamed polymeric layer, and
