Appeal No. 1997-0153 Application No. 08/375,681 relationship between the cuff 7 and filter 2 (brief, page 3). However, while the band portion 6 of the cuff 7 may, or may not, be loose fitting, it is clear that the elastic sleeve portion 8 of the cuff 7 is not loose after it is folded back into gas tight contact with the filter (Schlobohm, col. 2, lines 10-13). Thus, we find that all of the features of claim 1 are found in Schlobohm with the exception of the specific type of filter. Such selection from conventional filters would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill for the reasons set forth above. Accordingly, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed. As noted above, the appellants have grouped claims 1-4 and 6-16 as standing or falling together. Thereby, in accordance with 37 CFR ' 1.192(c)(7), claims 2-4 and 6-16 fall with claim 1. Thus, it follows that the decision of the examiner to reject claims 2-4 and 6-16 under 35 U.S.C.
